I would like to use this forum to address a variety of topics and questions that are presented to me in my communications with clients that would be informative for the client family as a whole. Also, if anyone has any great ideas (training technique, in-service drill, Vat exercise) to share with the rest of the client family, I encourage you to send them to me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . The amount of resources that the entire client family as a whole possesses is tremendous and I would like to create a forum where this knowledge can be shared with all so that we can all benefit from it. Communication As an organization, we constantly strive to communicate with everyone through phone calls, memos, broadcast faxes, emails, the newsletter, etc. But not everyone is always certain of the best way to contact us. The easiest way is to call 1-800-742-8720 which is the number at the main office. Once you have reached the office you can be directed to your Client Manager, any of the Accounting or Administrative Managers and several other members of our staff. Another way we look to communicate is through the posting of resources on the Client Services section of the website. To access this portion of the website, go to the homepage at www.jellis.com and click on the E&A Client Services link in the blue rectangle. When prompted, enter your username and password and you will arrive at your facility’s page. On that page you will find past memos, documents, resources as well as client handbook information and sample forms such as Zone Validation and a sample VAT® OMD Log. Auditing We are currently in the process of screening applicants for seasonal auditing positions. We ask that you pass this information along to any of your past instructors who may not be returning to work with you this summer. Please understand that we are not seeking your returning Instructors as they are more valuable to you and E&A working at your facilities supervising and training your staff. In an effort to build an experienced talent pool for the industry, we are seeking individuals who would like to continue in our industry but may not have the right opportunity at your facilities at this time.
