From the Desk of Jeff Ellis:
I believe that our most important service continues to be all about Making A Difference for our clients and to help them become the best that they can be. More then ever before in our firms history, I am receiving profound examples of how our E&A and JEM team members consistently exhibit this philosophy. Their efforts drive the process that helps us continue our leadership role in aquatic safety, facility and risk management services. In three years, our management business has grown from three to fourteen clients as a direct result of satisfied customers who enthusiastically recommended us to others. I attribute this growth to the innovation we brought to the aquatic management business and the efforts of a diligent staff that are equally committed to being the best that they can be in performing their management responsibilities. While remaining committed to providing the highest quality customer service and swimmer protection available in the industry we also have challenged ourselves to provide creative strategies that typically provide significant savings in operating costs for our management clients as a valued added benefit. Most important, we are developing an aquatic management training program that uniquely serves to train future management employees to be the best that they can be while serving our clients. This hands-on training approach will someday become yet another aspect of our growing business and I am extremely proud to be associated with those who are helping this become a reality. As we prepare to meet the challenges of yet another operating year, let me encourage each of you to make 2006 the most remarkable year in your professional career and to remain committed to preserving the unmatched safety record that has all but eliminated drowning accidents from aquatic facilities serviced by our firm. Jeff
